Single and Joint Filers With No Dependents - use
this form if:

Your filing status is Single or
Married filing jointly.
|
 |
You do not claim any dependents.
|
 |
You do not claim a student loan
interest deduction.

 |
You had ONLY wages, salaries, tips,
taxable scholarship or fellowship grants, unemployment
compensation, qualified state tuition program earnings, or
Alaska Permanent Fund dividends.

Your taxable interest was not over
$400.00
|
 |
You did not receive any advance
earned income credit payments.
