Tax Itemized Deductions Deductions must exceed $4400 - Single and $7600 - Married
Retirement (1099R) and Gambling Income (WG-2) Income from Retirement, Pensions, IRA, Gambling & Lump Sum Distributions.
Additional Investment & Business Forms
Business Income (Schedule C) Business Profit & Loss information plus any 1099-MISCs.

Your taxable income is more than $50,000.00

You itemize your deductions.

You received or paid accrued interest on securities transferred between interest payment dates.

You received nontaxable dividends or capital gains distributions.

You had gain from the sale of property, barter income, alimony income, taxable refunds of state and local income taxes and self-employment income (including farm income).

You sold or exchanged capital assets or business property.

You claim adjustments to gross income for payments to a medical savings account; moving expenses; one-half of your self-employment tax; payments for self-employed health insurance; payments to a Keogh, SEP, or SIMPLE plan; the penalty on early withdrawal of savings; alimony paid; certain required repayments of supplemental unemployment benefits; jury pay turned over to your employer; qualified performing artists' expenses; or other allowable adjustment to income.
